Just had a phone call saying I took a loan out in 2005. Wanted to know my bank details so that they could send me a cheque for ppi. A complete con. He became aggressive when I said no. He knew name and address despite being ex-directory.

Frauded my name. Pretended to be me and my apparent new phone number (a lie) and tried to con money out of my family. Reported to police. Avoid Avoid Avoid. REPORT AND BLOCK.
Fraud I keep getting calls from this number. It is an automated voice that says it is from BT and then proceeds to tell me they have been trying to get in contact and that if I don't respond my phone line will be disconnected. It's obviously a scam as I'm not even with BT. This has been happening for the past week and occurs several times a day.
