Have reported them to Action Fraud and Ofcom. They used my number and I was receiving 100+ phone calls and 100+ text messages an hour demanding why I had phoned them. Very distressing. Reply STOP worked.
was late answering so they d hung up but I didn t recognise the number so googled it. On reading comments here I added it to my reject list. If I m feeling particularly argumentative I ll answer but generally I don t bother if I don t recognise the number. If they were genuine they d leave a voicemail wouldn t they?

They gave me the details of my account, bit of a hard sell but eventually ended up adding over 20Gb per month and free subscription for an extra £2 pcm without extension to contract. Calling every day, sometimes more than once. Don't know who they are because unless they give their name my phone (with nuisance blocker) doesn't even ring. So it must be an automated call otherwise they'd stop trying. Love my phones - these nuisance calls are a thing of the past. I only look occasionally to see if one number has been repeatedly calling / and this one has.
