Apparently a debt recovery agency called L.R.C the asked for lots of info which i never give out that sort of thing. When i tried to google them they didnt exist......

14 Dec 2021 - Spam caller. I didn't accept the call, so rejected it upon my phone ringing as mine always tells me when it's a spam call during the ringing. Have since blocked it as I'm not as gullible as the spammer thinks. No idea who the spam call was from, but from experience I knew it was one of the many spam calls I've been getting for the past ten days at least. Same here. They call from everywhere. I constantly add those numbers onto the reject lists, but they still calling. As soon as my phone ring I type the number on google, to see ...

I recieved a call from a company introducing themselves as Energy Helpline and stated that they were looking to help me out on my Home Phone and Broadband bills. They convinced me to switch to another provider and that I had to pay an amount upfront for an activation fee? Is this normal? Then they stated they had a power cut as soon as I gave those details and they then had to ring me back? Sounds suspicious if you ask me, it has been an hour now. What is happening???

Totally fed up with this company, receiving up to 4 calls a day. Even after speaking to a supervisor to have my number deleted, the calls keep coming!

Repeated calls from this same company with an automatic voice message saying it is a "government awareness call" and asking me to press 5 for an information pack or 9 to opt out. Pressing 5 takes me through to someone who hangs up on me immediately when I start asking about his company or asking for my number to be removed from their database.

Caller with indian accent gave a fake name and claimed to be calling from BT Broadband. He said there were hackers using my wifi according to messages on their server. He then tried to scare me in to giving him access to my computer. He was obviously trying to scam me as I don t have an account with BT. He hung up on me when I wouldn t let him access my computer.

Computerised scam call saying it is, HMRC and they have fraud case registered against your name and, asking you to press a number in keypad.
