SCAM Caller claimed to be from Energy Grant Advisory Service working k behalf of local council. I could find no such company online e, or on the local district council website. The caller did not understand what I meant when I said I had registered for TPS and insisted that he was no trying to sell anything. Suspected SCAM / SPAM Automated male computerised voice stating something like " This is HMRC, your account has been registered as linked with a fraud, if you dont press 1 now, you risk going to prison". Dont be fooled to press 1. Remember any such correspondence from HMRC would be given via written notice to your home address first, with several warnings. NOT via one single threatening call demanding 'if you dont press 1 now you risk going to prison!'

Answered the first 2 calls from this number to hear an Asian sounding voice - in the first instance telling me I had a Windows problem and the second time telling me I had a BT line problem. As I was aware of this scam, in both instances I told them to "get lost" and hung up. Since then they have been ringing me several times a day but since I have caller identity I ignore it. This is plain harassment.
