When I picked up the phone a female voice talked gibberish for 5 seconds then the line went dead.
SCAM. I'm almost certain that calls from this number are a scam. They told me they were from Carphone Warehouse and that my phone was due an upgrade (it's not). When I told them that I had a year left on this contract, they told me they would pay off the rest of my contract and upgrade me to the iPhone 13 for £40 a month. I'm currently paying £50 for the iPhone 11, so this seemed a little too good to be true. When I hung up, they tried to ring me back 5 times in the space of 10 minutes.

He was very rude, he wanted to talk to my husband who was not at home and then he said it is about some money investment and it is urgent. This number called my elderly mums number, I answered, they said it was something to do with Windows then mentioned computer, I told them not to ring this number again that there was no computer at the property and to remove our number from their database, I was rudely informed that if they were to do that we would be charged, and they could ring as many times as they wished.

This person identifies himself as Thomas from Adobe and has called us over and over to the point of harassment. He has been told that we wont put his call through to the person he wants to speak to as they don’t want his call. He tries to intimidate his way through, then sits mimicking me down the phone line and finally he leaves the line connected so nobody else can call us. The number even though a local number (0203 655 7035) has connections to India and the guy speaking has an Indian accent.
