Have received 3 calls this week from other numbers starting 0161 to my mobile, and nw this one. They all only rang a couple of times, not long enough to look at the number and decide if I was going to answer or not, before the caller hung up. Having read the comments, I have now blocked both numbers.

Persistent offender of harassment calls. Uncle Buck Finance LLC. They disguise their id stating they are calling from UB. Despite MANY requests to stop calling, call several times a day and into the evening, 7 days a week. Dispute account yet they bully and harass. This is a scam - they claim to be HMRC (although he pronounced it HRMC!) and are asking for student tax to be paid. I told them that I am 16 and not working and therefore not eligible for tax. He - an Indian sub continent accented person - insisted I have to pay it until I informed him that I actually work for HMRC and this is a scam. He admitted it was and rang off. NOTE: I don't work for HMRC and I am not 16. BEWARE!!!!
