Several calls from this number, usually around mid-day. As an unknown (to me) number I never answer. TPS not functioning in this case.

Introduced himself as from Virgin Media. Usual Indian accent which is not an issue given the number of services now operated from Mumbai. My signal was poor and call ended, either my signal or them, no details asked for thus neutral rating.

Caller identifies they are from Choice UK but always put the phone down when asked for their head office address. Calls are now twice to three times a day.

Facts International say they never make sales calls, which may be correct, but if they pass details on to sales organisations, those organisations are able to circumvent the law on TPS by saying you responded to a survey and expressed an interest in.. . Called regarding a car accident. When I asked them who they were the man told me to f**k off. Number is unobtainable when you call back.
