Silent call/hang-up on answer
(Sorry - chose the wrong rating on first submission) Two calls today from this number, both using the same script on home security. Asked for me by name on a business line which is CPR listed so legally should not receive any unsolicited sales or marketing calls. They introduced themselves as "Crime Prevention Officers" looking into recent spate of burglaries in area and gave the impression they were connected to the police if not actually officers. Indian/Pakistani sounding clearly calling from a call centre not in the U.K. as he had me on speaker phone and could hear him speaking with someone else as I answered the call. He asked for someone I don’t know. I told him I didn’t know the person and he got rude and aggressive with me before hanging up. I’ve blocked the number.

Called my 71 year old grandmother multiple times about trading claiming to be from a company that’s name sounds like Finance (couldn’t tell because of his foreign accent). She passed the phone to me and the guy told me to go fuck myself because I asked for them to keep calling her.
