SCAM/SPAM. I was called on the 26/08/20 by this number. The caller said they were from SKY (my TV, telephone and broadband provider). He informed me that he was ringing to test my modem and improve its performance. He asked me to type a few commands which included the word “SKY”. He then asked me to permit remote access. I was getting calls from this number daily. I blocked it and then started getting calls from 0121 389 0867. This is blocked and suspect it ll switch to another very similar number. Just keep blocking.

Constantly ring my home sometimes up to 4 times a day. I am TPS so they shouldnt be calling anyway. Never leave a message as I very rarely pick up numbers I don t recognise. I have called barred several times but they seem to pop up next day with a slightly different number. Who are they?

Someone rang asking about my boiler, and wanted to know how old I am and if anyone lived with me, and what sort of house I had.

Found out it s a timeshare cold call based in Tenerife. What they actually do is speak as if they are talking to someone else saying I can t hear anyone on the other end of the line, eventually put the phone down and wait for the person to call them back, obviously at their own cost. So be warned and beware.

I get several calls per week sometimes per day always a recorded message requesting Nasir Hussein to ring back urgently, quoting ref no. I have called 3 times notifying them that the no does not belong to a Hussein. They are very apologetic-but the calls still keep coming. I now ignore but it is highly annoying
