This number relates to an investment scam called GFA capital. They get you to deposit a small amount of money ($275) and they claim they invest it in crypto and produce huge results. In 5 days my $275 grew to $75000. WOW Then one of their senior investment managers calls you and shows you a bitcoin opportunity, invest $18000 and they will produce a $10000 return in 5 days. BULLSHIT. I requested a withdrawal from my pot and was told that I had to pay £12000 tax to release the funds. Dangerous scam

Automated message stating £700 and £900 taken from my account this morning and to press 1 for more information. Hung up and contacted banks instead. No transactions made. SCAM

Fraud - claimed to be welsh government doing a survey on employment but the gov know my household is not employed due to sickness and being a full time carer The only companies are HMRC and DWP you should speak to, and they rarely call you without a letter to inform. Or, a letter reccomending to call them to resolve an issue. DO NOT TRUST. They will try collecting personal information.

Called today 21.07.23, Indian sounding call centre claimed they could save me 30% of my O2 bill, I am not with O2, and when I asked where they found my number they said it was from a generated call list. My phone has the function of bringing up the business name when a call comes through, so when I proceeded to tell the caller that the actual call seemed to be coming from Gibb & Evans, he became a little confused! Received a call purporting to be US (?) customs regarding outstanding tax, threatening legal action and suggesting press 1. All the evidence was a scam but potentially dangerous as having connected all personal data might be at risk

SCAM Has called 5 times in the last 2 weeks. Automated message £300 spent at Amazon and £1000 bank transfer to a foreign country. Alleges to come from your bank but doesn't say which one! Press 1 to speak to bank or press 2 to speak to an advisor. I am fed up of them calling and I put the phone down or let it go to answer phone.
