SCAM SPAM These people keep calling me from separate numbers about 3-4 times daily. I never answer and never will but somehow they don't seem to understand. I'm ex directory and on caller preference so god knows how they got my details. Ill be reporting them for what good it will do.

On second reading - definitely - it is one digit short to be a genuine UK number.
I rang back and the company refused to accept my call on the basis that I withheld my number - obviously whoever it is has something to hide.

I answered the phone and an automated voice said that I had committed tax fraud and that If I did not press 1 to speak to someone about it. I would be arrested shortly. needless to say I hung up.

Called my elderly grandad just now (isn?t the first time). He couldn?t understand him so passed the phone to me. An Indian man calling from ?Remote Security? and enquiring about a ?computer or laptop in your house? I told him we didn?t have either and he carried on trying to talk, so I repeated that we didn?t have either and to not call again and he hung up. SPAM This number is from a batch of similar numbers: 07488871703. 07488871758, 07488871735, 07488871757, 07488871649, 07488871624, 07488871560. Many have been missed calls and the rest I let ring out. I rang back and they all have had an answering machine with the same female voice putting me in a queue and at no point saying who they are. Whoever they are, they have the ability to have or create many numbers. They get blocked and move onto another number and call back.
