Rang up asking to speak to accounts about the business insurance, told them it was renewed in march. they then wanted to know who it was with and I said that Im not obliged to tell them and told them not to ring this number again but they probably will do

Its ao call centre, they try to sell you their insurance as others have said it, if you are not interested be polite and say bye otherwise they will keep try to chat.

Got the same call today from an Indian woman called "Jennifer Janet" (like f*ck)stating I had viruses. She would fix them and also upgrade my internet service! (ha ha). I played along with her until she asked me to press certain buttons on my keyboard. I pretended to do so, and when she asked "what message is displayed", that is when I tore into her calling her a scamming Indian ****** and to f*ck off! she hung up! I get calls from this number almost everyday including Sundays. I even got a call tonight at 7.45pm they never leave a message. It really is harassment, it shouldn t be allowed

The man pretended to be a police officer, saying that the database is updated. I called the local police and they said that this was a scam.

Called at 0930 by Microsoft who advised that I have a "computer problem" I asked for and given this number for verification. BEWARE this is a confidence trick - switch the call to BT Protect if you have it.
