the caller wanted me to do a survey about my energy usage. He had my name right but the address he had on file was of my student accommodation which happened to have bills included and I haven t lived there since 2010. He asked for my current address but there was no way I was going to tell him.

They said they were BT?

Called (twice) to tell me that a survey showed few people in my area with alarm. Explained I have one and not interested. 2nd time asked to be removed from list as on TPS. Have now blocked on BT as well

This is a Debt Collection Agency - yet another one - asking for a Mr Thomas Davies or Mrs Davies (if I answer). One of many!!! I have asked them to remove my number from their database as I am sick and tired of getting calls from debt collectors! At best this a company that breaks the PECR regulations by calling people on the TPS list. At worst it s a scam preying on older people because they don t seem to have a website and are asking whether you re over 65. Don t give them any information, just report them to the Information Commissioner s Office. T
