Was advised to call this number by TESCO.Net in connection with an email problem & was told it was Microsoft technical support. Phone answers as Technical Support. They required access to my computer to check my email settings, started looking in other places, then told me I had trojans that would not be stopped by an anti-virus and tried to sell me 'protection' . I felt uncomfortable & pulled the plug immediately but too late. Gut called me 20 mins later very abusive. Over £100 to fix damage

Received call on my landline phone. Asked the man what it was he was selling. Said he wasn't selling anything. Didn't catch any company name. Talked on and on and sounded like or getting into financial stuff. Couldn't understand what he was going on about. Told him twice I was not interested and I put the phone down. Tedious.
