I don’t answer unknown numbers so I don’t know who this is. However, I did block a similar number a few days ago when I was expecting a call from a doctor and accidentally answered an unknown number. It sounded like a young-ish black man and I told him I wasn’t interested in what he was selling. Then I blocked the number. This is a very similar number.

Not sure what this was about. I answered and it went silent then someone said hello, knew my email address. Something about a transfer payment being stuck and verifying my data in regards to ID fraud. I had an echo on the line, couldn't hear properly. Caller had strong accent, possibly French. This number relates to an investment scam called GFA capital. They get you to deposit a small amount of money ($275) and they claim they invest it in crypto and produce huge results. In 5 days my $275 grew to $75000. WOW Then one of their senior investment managers calls you and shows you a bitcoin opportunity, invest $18000 and they will produce a $10000 return in 5 days. BULLSHIT. I requested a withdrawal from my pot and was told that I had to pay £12000 tax to release the funds. Dangerous scam

SCAM Didn't get a call from this number but it is shown on a small value (£0.94) package received in the post this morning where the addressee is not known at this address. Spoke to the Company which was quoted on the package as sender - One World Economy - and they have confirmed that they are a forwarding company for E-bay and were asked to send this on behalf of a Chinese company. Seem soo be a brushing scam as another package also received this morning from a different sender egis time value £0.08.

Had three uninvited calls from this unknown caller. I don't respond to such calls. If they are genuine they can leave me a voicemail (but they don't, of course!) and I can call back if I choose. Suspect it's a scam call so have blocked the number!
