He had the cheek to tell me rather nastily that I shouldn t be rude, and that he would call back anyway. Number has called again whilst I have been out. This is about the 7th call I've had from them, mostly an Asian guy. They ring back after you hang up. Always calling middle of the day. I asked them too specify which PC was infected, gave one of my family members first name initial and second name. When I asked them to prove they are who they say they were gave me the family members first initial and surname again and that was all they had.
