Recruitment agency calling about jobs etc

A scummy telesales company. They are a legal claims company trawling for business for people whose hearing has been damaged by working in noisy environments. It appears they may have had their database supplied by "Perfect Preferences", but in any event they ignore the TPS database, and as such their cold calls are ILLEGAL.

I was charged ?18 in June and a further ?30 in July for a series of texts (?6 per texts) on my mobile bill. EE, who is my mobile provider said they could not refund me the charges as they were from a 3rd party for services such as an entry in a prize draw, or a game download, which apparently I had requested, and as such they could not refund the charge. Several missed calls from this Manchester number, with no message left. Many of the calls "after hours" i.e after 7pm. I don t know anyone in the Manchester area, also if it was a genuine call a message would be left. So in my opinion, this must be a scam call, as no message is ever left and many of the calls are before 9am and after 7pm. Annoying to say the least, these companies should be fined and banned.

Hotpoint genuine caller. - I Missed a call from this number while at work. Received a very polite and informative voicemail from Hotpoint in relation to the part now being in stock for my washing machine repair and date for repair provided.

PLEASE DO NOT ANSWER CALLS FROM THIS NUMBER.....When I answered several months ago the "indian" sounding lady at the other end simply said "we are coming to your house this evening to kill you...what do you think about that?".....I put the phone down...THE POLICE are totally helpless in cases like this...apparently this company is NOT breaking any laws!!!...DO NOT ANSWER....they rang me again today which went unanswered...which proves their stupidity...but then it comes as not surprise!

A woman with a West African accent phoned me at 4.30 pm on 12th July 2012. She asked me how my "claim" was progressing and whether she could help. Obviously a telemarketing call because there was the usual buzz of conversation in the background. Sick to death of these people, no matter what you say to them they never listen. I`ve shouted swore and threatened and now I think they doing this to wind me up. so to PERFECT PREFERENCE call staff you leave me no option I have purchased a whistle (similar to those used by football Refs) Go on Make my day.
