Received a call from 01784279719 on 24/08/2017. Asian sounding male asked to talk about my "Windows" PC. So for fun I asked which one? I m an old nerd and have all between Win 3.1 and Win 10, but I did not tell him that! He says "the one running the Windows operating system". It s obvious he is fishing for info! Got a new number/ simcard yesterday. Used it to link to my broadband account and got the auto call this morning, It can only be through my broadband provider.
I was expecting a call from a person on a number unknown to me. This number called but as soon as I answered put the phone down. My mum told me to check my credit and they had taken it. I had recently put £5 on my phone, and was left with only a couple of pounds. BEWARE!

0800 161 5204 This is NOT a Barclays number at all! They phoned me and asked for my dob... I said the year only. To which the caller became very irate and asked for further info, I put the phone down and actually phoned Barclays customer service who confirmed this number does not belong to any barclaycard department! Be aware, they are scammers!
