Needless to say there is no real problem pending and by pressing 1 the unwary may be frightened into giving bank details eg to pay delivery charge for new router. PLEASE HANG UP. DONT PRESS 1, IF YOU DO AND GIVE OUT BANK DETAILS.- CONTACT YOUR BANK/CARD ISSUER TO REPORT FRAUD. STAY
