SCAM I have this afternoon received a telephone call purporting to be National Grid Meter Department and confirming a date and time to change meter as they said it was over charging. Got a call from this idiot, trying to be clever with bullcrap, seems they are only out to provoke a negative response, blocked and also reported as a spammer.
I was always communicating via email. So last week I found out my package arrived at a post office in another town. When I called with tracking number I was told it was not registered under my name. I called today and sent a email but have not received any responses. Any suggestions?

No way this call was from Northern Ireland. Bound to be some foreign call center scam.
Called us 3 times to sell iPhone 14 pro max plus 256 gb for £35 a month with unlimited minutes, and texts + 1000 International minutes and free roaming abroad. It seemed to be fishy as £35 x 24 months= £840 while the same phone on its own from pc world currents on its own is £1250 - they say they are phoning from pc world currys -and the email they sent seemed flawed. They wanted us to pay about £39 delivery and our bank details for direct debit - but seemed dodgy so just ended the call.
