Unsolicited call about car accident I had 2 years ago. I've had 6 this week all from different numbers which I've blocked but they are coming in left right and centre....

The second option was they will talk me through how to block so I wont be compromised. Told her that I was computer illiterate and could she ring back later and speak to my hubby. They phoned my mobile and left no message. When I called back later, a message said something like "There was a problem connecting your call" Sounds a bit dodgy to me.

This is a debt collection company. Often long term or aging debt is sold and the purchasing collection agency makes profit by aggressively chasing that debt. They use any data they can get to bug you typically to begin with by using automated dialers and recorded style messages. They do not check the age of the data or if they do they ignore it. This company are based in Brighton and are trying to get you to make charitable donations to various charities....
