This number is becoming a dangerous nuisance. Surely these people know when they call us the number they call is into a direct Trauma Centre. Then to hang up and for a member of staff to use precious time trying to make a contact in case it may be life threatening is even more annoying. We can understand how the general public feel with some of these stupid UNLAWFUL calls from these people are made. I sometimes wonder if these are not generated from Government Departments as calling back is blocked by music

This number rang giving advice on accidents, i am assuming that my personal number was given through some sort of data-base as they rang home address too just tell them your not intrested and hang up thats it. If the company calls again just answer and say you have a company dealing with accident, if you choose to ignore it will ring ring ring and ring.

Said that the latest Windows update had downloaded incorrectly meaning that people could access my computer and so could I please get my computer out for them to talk me through what to do. I've heard of this scam where they will pretend to help but really talk you through downloading something which will allow them to access your computer. I blocked the number when the call ended. Be aware, the line is for shared costs, DO NOT call them back. Very similar numbers are already reported with life insurance, PPI, pensions - mostly scam to gain your personal info. I would recommend to block this number. Does someone have any experience with this one?

Said he was calling in regards to an accident I had in my car last year, I said I had not had an accident. He then went on to tell me that I had and someone had bumped my car. When I said again I had not been in any accident, he hung up. Using an Edinburgh number but the people are always English so assume it's a call centre based there masking their number.
