I informed her i had not been in a car accident and that i was registered with the Telephone Preference Service and asked her to take my details off any Call lists and i bid her goodbye and promptly put the phone down.

SCAM - beware if a supposed family member sends a WhatsApp message saying they’ve lost their phone and that this is their new number. Whoever it was tried to scam 4K from me by pretending to be my son in trouble. Luckily the amount was too much to even think about sending it without speaking to him. So please please make sure you know who you’re talking to. If it had been a smaller amount I may have considered sending it.

Be careful with these kinda of calls. This is the second one I've had recently. Blocked and deleted number.

Appeared to be usual tele-sales marketing call: answer phone and wait while caller connects to you instead of the dozen or so other numbers he is calling at same time. He eventually says "hello" - I say same and he immediately terminates the call. I suspect I was wrong gender. Just BLOODY RUDE!

Sent to Surrey Police at 1506 11 May 2014 This is not a complaint against the Police. I am complaining about telephone number 01274 792012 whom are harassing me. They telephoned yesterday 10 June 2014. The first two times I answered, silence then rings off. The third time an Asian answered stating an English Christian Name. This number has been calling our TPS registered landline at least once a day for the last several days. It s a recorded message offering us a free boiler, solar panels and loft insulation and wants us to press a number to claim, but doesn t give a "don t call me again" option. Getting very sick of it.

The number has too many digits to be a genuine UK number. It s either fake or from abroad. Either way, not identifiable.
