Have not had a SKY account in my name for many years (5+) after I cancelled it. Current SKY account (Again 5+ years) in my wife s name and paid by direct debit. Calling that 0800 number says they are Stellar a partner of BT, and to call BT on 0800 028 2272. Don t bother if you aren t on BT. They ll tell you "you aren t on BT, we have no record of you!". Useless. A websearch for Stellar suggests 01294 225300. Calling that number: 1) they confirm the 0800 044 5265 caller ID is them calling on behalf of BT. 2) They ll remove our number from

SCAM said they were Microsoft and there was unusual activity on my computer via internet. Explained that I’d not had my computer on for many months! He stated that it does not matter as ‘they’ can still access. Stated that I would contact Microsoft directly, he gave me another number, I was rumbled when I said I would call back and he asked for me to repeat the number, I’d not written it down!
