I don t know why they give out 0843 numbers because they all seem to be used for these types of premium rate scams. If you register for the non-existant prize draw you are charged huge sums for every message you get from them until all of your phone credit is gone.

Recorded message supposedly from my "Internet provider" stating that my internet connection would be disconnected in the next 24 hours. I immediately hung up.
Fraud Foreign sounding male, called me ma'aam or madam. told me he had phoned from BT openreach as my internet speed was down and I had problems with my router. At that point I called him a scammer as I don't have BT. His tone changed and he uttered a series of foul words and called me names. Told me he would rape me and give me a little baby. The area code comes up as telford but I don't believe that is correct. It is also an area in India. I wish there weren't such evil people in the world

Consider it DANGEROUS, if you answer, they know that your number is active, sell your number on, and you will be bombarded, they will log your times on answering and build a profile of you, and eventually you are bait. Police aren't interested as no crime has been committed...yet! but it's too late then isn't it? Log it here and make others aware that the scamming F***s have invaded Chatteris now.

Male with indian accent claiming to be from BT but I'm not with them for my Internet! I hung up. I often will not answer but it was showing a local dialing code. Is this a clever way to gain your confidence or was it genuine? I'm not willing to take the risk.
Automated call telling you if you don't attend court your national insurance number will be suspended, although no name of which court.. then the automated message tells you to call another number to "resolve" the issue, where someone is ready and willing to take all your personal details and bank card details, and wipe out your bank to resolve an issue that only turning up at an un-named court could previously do. SCAM do not fall for this. HMRC would never contact you this way.

Scam. I use to work for vodafone, and the first thing i asked after he started talking was " who is your line manager?" "And what system am i on". He freaked out and try come back but not a chance. As for the question providing you managers name should be a problem, unless you are a scammer and it takes you 5-6 seconds to invent a name, secondly vodafone has 2 systems that are being used in the company and it s a very simple to answer this question for a vodafone person. I have been called 3 times by this number today. It is highly irritating as I drive a lot. No one there when I answered the third time of them calling. I called back to a recorded message with an American accent saying This number is out of service . My guess is that they are testing to see if the number is in use and you will get a load of marketing text messages once this number is answered or called back which I recommend you do neither.

SCAM - The person contacts in order to buy things sold online. They ask for your IBAN number, the name of your bank, your address and then they sent a fake email saying that they have transferred money to your account. You just have to send the item and email the receipt to the provided email address and then your money will be transferred. Don't fall for the trick.

Some bellend called Tom at "help your claim" claiming I was in an accident.
I hired this company for removals. They deliver your stuff and then claim there was more with a half empty van. They will hold your belonging hostage until you pay. I would give them 0 stars if I could. The company is called Riight Moves Removals. Satmeal Singh is the main guy, probably already in jail for fraud. I can see he also had a company called Stress 3 Removals and Royale Removals.

Had 11 calls yesterday and so far 6 today most calls are silent or just beep and the say goodbye. 1 of the calls I had there was somebody at the other end who said they were from the TPS and wanted to know if I was still getting unwanted calls and I asked what like this one and put phone down but they still persist in phoning sometimes 3 times in the space of 20 minutes
