Second spam call today. No one there when I answered, then a voice saying ‘Hello? Hello?’ I said ‘Megadodo Publications – How can I help?’ and the call was terminated. I only know one person in London, and this was not his number. Probable scam again.

This number said that they are investigating my financial activity, and an arrest warrant has been issued and to click 1 to find out more... Which I did NOT do.... Plod should be investigating this instead of hounding people doing 31 in a 30mph zone!!!

SCAM. I'm almost certain that calls from this number are a scam. They told me they were from Carphone Warehouse and that my phone was due an upgrade (it's not). When I told them that I had a year left on this contract, they told me they would pay off the rest of my contract and upgrade me to the iPhone 13 for £40 a month. I'm currently paying £50 for the iPhone 11, so this seemed a little too good to be true. When I hung up, they tried to ring me back 5 times in the space of 10 minutes.

Automated call. Suspect fraud. Supposedly from Amazon re a mobile phone order for £599. Seems to be associated with a sales group trying to sell an iPhone 6S for a high price!
Number called my mobile to inform me that "HM Revenue & Customs have a tax fraud case listed against my name, press 1 to continue for further details"
claiming to be Carphone warehouse offering a super iPhone deal. she rang off when i asked why she was calling my TPS listed number. suspect scam as number seems to registered to Trafalgar Square, London.
Fraud - claims to be HSBC fraud alert. Provides link to phishing website, though how anyone would fall for this scam is beyond me.
This number rang me on my mobile phone at 2pm Tues 17th Jan 203. No one spoke to me. The call was terminated spontaneously in a few seconds. I think it is a SPAM / SCAM caller.
