These lowlifes keep harassing my 86-year-old mum - who is registered with the TPS by the way. I ve already blocked them twice, but they just pop up on a new number. They ve probably done the math - any leads they may get probably offset the fine, so they just carry on. Perhaps their director needs a personal visit from a tradesperson with some tools.

14 Dec 2021 - Spam caller. I didn't accept the call, so rejected it upon my phone ringing as mine always tells me when it's a spam call during the ringing. Have since blocked it as I'm not as gullible as the spammer thinks. No idea who the spam call was from, but from experience I knew it was one of the many spam calls I've been getting for the past ten days at least. Just realized something: it's because it's the run up to Christmas. Reply

The refuse to take no for an answer. I have had three different males call me claiming the previous colleagues have moved on. Recorded message purportedly from HMRC. Apparently I owe them money ( I don’t by the way). I recently had a similar call from a different number to my landline, also supposedly from HMRC but that one was telling me there was a warrant out for my arrest for non payment of tax! Too ridiculous for words but anyone who is vulnerable could easily be frightened by calls like this.

I recieved a call from a company introducing themselves as Energy Helpline and stated that they were looking to help me out on my Home Phone and Broadband bills. They convinced me to switch to another provider and that I had to pay an amount upfront for an activation fee? Is this normal? Then they stated they had a power cut as soon as I gave those details and they then had to ring me back? Sounds suspicious if you ask me, it has been an hour now. What is happening???
