Got a call from this number stating that it is an investment company and they had my details (phone number, full names and surname, an investment account number, and my credit card number. They claimed I had a small balance with them and they wanted to refund it to me, I said I have no knowledge of an account or refund due. I am suspicious of this phone number. The man phoning spoke good English with a strong accent and was convincing. He told me he was from AV (antiviral program) and that my recent payment of £149 had not gone through. He offered me a discount policy at £29 for the next year. This number has called me 4 times during the day today at 2 hour (and less) intervals. The same happened yesterday. I answered the first call and it appeared to be about loans. I haven t answered their subsequent calls which has done nothing to lessen, or maybe just intensified their aggressive calling policy. There s nothing reputable about a company that acts in this way.

SCAM I some how ended up with a two hour international phone bill to this number.

Call from man (no gentleman) with Indian accent who claimed to be from Microsoft Technical Department. When I jokingly replied that I was from Microsoft fraud department he ranted down the phone at me for 15 minutes in abusive language before he eventually hung up.
