Keep getting this recorded message supposedly from British Telecom

They asked me when I last took a personal loan out with and who with and would ring me back in half a hour. Oh and he already knew my name.

Constantly calling....and not leaving a message. Calls vary from 3-5 a day!! Grrrrrrr.

My TRUECALL device received a call from 01924215367 today. Its operating system would have asked who is calling before asking me whether I wished to accept the call. The caller did not respond and my phone did not ring. I installed this device because I have been a victim of miss-selling and fraud crime. The product is endorsed by BT. This number keeps calling me I have it blocked but somehow it gets through. I answer it and can here people in the background and a lady says hello then hangs up. When I dial 1471 an automated voice said the number was not in service; this was in an American lady. This is really annoying.
