Is this another scam? Why do they call and refuse to give their name to Call Guardian, if they are a genuine caller? Sounds like one if the other I have blocked, wonderful phone for Blocking PESTS, but, they still try to get through.

Got a phone call at 8pm tonight by a well spoken English man. He knew my name, bank and telephone number. Claimed to be calling to ask me questions about my bank. Told him to call me back and hung up. Blocked the number and contacted by bank.
