SCAM 0161 488 0914. Caller said they were from Sky Technical Department and that there was a problem with my router and internet speed, which there isn't and never has been. Woman spoke with an almost inaudible Indian accent and refused to give her name or confirm my details. I hung up.
Called 3 x a day for past 3 days. Never leave a message and the one time I did answe they hung up. Got to be dodgy.

02392 910896 number called saying he (indian sounding - and partially broken english) was from Sky (my ISP) asking if I noticed flucktuating BB speeds. I said no, and he went on to tell me why they were. Argued that they wern't. I asked him if he knew that I was suffering from slower internet speeds from what I was paying, then (as he was from Sky) he should be able to tell me what internet speeds I should be getting. They began calling last year and I blocked them. Then they call from a different number. They started from a London number 020 something and then they began calling from my town 01308 294566. The last time was 25/02/16. I called the number back but an automated voice told me it was not an important financial matter and hung up. I m a disabled pensioner. It is either an educated young man or a young woman who tries to keep me on the phone and continues to ask me about accidents. I hung up on her.

Jason Phillips called me from this number and then sent 2 email copy letters with Financial Ombudsman Service at top right of the letters, stating a big refund for my solar PV. He asked for covering payment upfront saying it is needed to cover costs of UK Law Associates before a refund could be arranged. I had no positive proof of who he was/is and declined the payment. I am perusing this through the ombudsman who is handling the case of mis-sold pv for me.

When I answered the call the guy said Hi this is UK Advice Centre, how are you? I asked what the call was regarding and the line was disconnected. Obviously looking for a less inquisitive person!
