Had two calls so far this morning, recorded female voice telling me payments have been paid on my card. Load of rubbish
Missed call. The caller left a voicemail, but unfortunately it was totally muffled/garbled, so I was not able to understand a single word of it. My being hard-of-hearing didn't help!

SCAM Fortunately, I have TruCaller home phone so pushed it straight to the "waiting" queue and as they didn't leave a message or say who was calling did not route through to the actaual phone ring. I already had this number blocked on my Mobile and in Malwarebytes as it claimed to be from BT saying there was a problem with my broadband... when I mentioned that I worked for BT as a fault engineer they immediately hung up :)

lots of calls from Crime Prevention company they will just not give up even trying to con a colleague into saying yes when I have already told them no!!! Had similar experience previously by a different name and they actually only ever printed 12 copies of their newspaper which we had been asked to advertise in! This is how they can seem legal. These people have conned my mum into signing for £3844 for a adjustable bed. Knocked£1000. Off for discount and took a deposit of £695 from her. I will be trying to stop this tomorrow. Watch this space. She is nearly 80 and preyed on by a woman. Disgraceful.

On returning this call it was an automated response saying that as my phone contract was due to expire shortly they could offer info. on new handsets etc. Press 1 to remove from their database, 2 to speak to someone. On entering 1 you are requested to enter your no. then the hash tag. Upon doing this the line went dead. Hopefully I won t now start receiveing lots of Spam!

This is the first call from this number, it s a premium rate number, if the call is important they would leave a voicemail but they didn t, it s possible it s for ppi or some other cold caller, if it calls again I will block it but won t answer it.
