"Indian" accented male called on the 11th of August 2016 saying that I had a problem with my computer and that it had many errors that I didn t know about. When I explained that I was in IT he rudely told me to "Shut up madam", when I asked if that is what he said he confirmed and said goodbye.

Caller with indian accent gave a fake name and claimed to be calling from BT Broadband. He said there were hackers using my wifi according to messages on their server. He then tried to scare me in to giving him access to my computer. He was obviously trying to scam me as I don t have an account with BT. He hung up on me when I wouldn t let him access my computer.

SCAM This is a call centre saying it is a courtesy call due to an appliances warrantee expiring, on this instance it was a washing machine, so quite believable. They wanted £65 per year for another 3 years full cover. It sounded very genuine until she said that she wanted me to tell her the name and make of my appliance and i said that i was ok and didn't want to renew the warrantee as i'd had it for over 5 years, then they just hung up and the line went dead. SCAM - Claiming to be from Amazon to say money has been deducted from your account and they want you go go onto Google to give your details in the meantime, the caller is aggressive, telling you that you are an idiot for not doing what they want you to do. These are really unintelligent people.

SCAM Asian sounding woman said she was from Virgin Media - they see problems with my broadband. I had the same call yesterday from a different number. They cannot prove they are from Virgin and try to get you to do the ASSOC command or similar so they can prove they know what they're doing.

Automated call I get a call from this number once a day and after saying hello for about 5 seconds, an automated voice says "goodbye" and then there's the ooooooo tone. Pretty pointless. Unless they're expecting a call back. My advice is to not call back out of curiosity, it's definitely not something you'll need or want.

TPS people, you Renew it every 12 months and its not for free. So dont be stuck up with the fact you registered with TPS. Renew it every year!!!!!!! Also TPS has a short survey of calls you wish to recieve! Most of all stop being ignorant!!

SCAM- scammers posing as SANTANDER. They’ll message you as SANTANDER (seems legitimate) saying you will receive a text message from the above number in a few minutes. The text from above number asks you to help save the environment by going paper free by receiving your bank statements, documents and letters via email rather than the post. It said it will send me an email with my actual email address in the text, which I can see would again seem very legitimate). It said type ‘YES’ to go paper free. DO NOT!
Called yesterday trying to drum up business for UK Essentials. Possibly the same "Lady" (Based on accent) called again today asking for my wife, when politely asked what they wanted, initially guessed I was her husband, when asked again what they wanted, they told me they were asking the questions not me and that I should **** off before hanging up.
