this was a cold call, when they were told we were in TPS they said we had filled in an email survey which is rubish

this number keeps ringing.never anwser my home phone anyway.so keep ringing me that way you will leave other people alone.

They called and said it was a confidential matter and wanted my details so I asked for the companies name but refused to give it as this would prejudice the situation so I advise that their is no provision within the DPA 1988 which states that they are not allowed to disclosed their details prior to me disclosing mine.
