Thanks for commenting. It was an unfamiliar number and I certainly won't be calling it back.
They asked me my name but when I asked who was calling no one spoke. It sounded like a call centre as there were human voices and office sounds in the background. After 30 seconds I put the phone down. I rang them back but got a voice message saying their voicemail box was full.
