I suspect that if you click on the pay now button it will ask for card details from which to extract the fee. I have had it confirmed by the Company from which I was expecting the parcel and by Royal Mail that this is a scam. The html behind the website interface is http://www.w3.org/1999/html, which when googled separately does not exist.

If you call it back, this number has now been disconnected with a message from the service provider explaining that the calls are being "spoofed" and did not originate from them. Expect these are scammers, as they re using the number illegally.
