SCAM Man called Oliver with Nigerian accent said he was calling from BT about my internet speed. Asked me to go onto my computer and press ctrl and some other buttons together. Didn't even switch the computer on just went along with him and said nothing is happening. He ended up getting very cross and swearing at me think he might have guessed I was stringing him along. Number now blocked.

Repeated calls from this recorded message telling me to ugently claim my refund (for what?) and asking me to select an option. SPAM Answered and after a short delay they replied. Said from Virgin Media technical department. Same caller voice rang yesterday and said they were from Sky. I hung up on them.

Never had an account with sp. Don t even know how they got my phone number yet they re constantly calling and asking I pay a debt of over £1000 for an address i have never even hear of. Told them they have wrong number yet still get phone calls up to 6 times a day.
Multiple calls, always hang up either on answering or before having chance to answer, usually only 2-3 rings. Most anooyin and disturbing to a single female living alone.
