Called at 17:30, long pause followed by an answering machine, selling windows, glass type I believe, then hung up.

Often in morning or evening. even up to 3 times a day. As with all unknown numbers just slide to busy tone and never answer. Nuisance. No reason for EE to call me on unknown numbers. I only get email or SMS from them on genuine Caller ID d numbers.

Chatty but then asked for personal information and when I refused to give details they hung up politely

Told me I had a problem with my windows pc. Kept them on the line for 45 mins. They then asked was I going to be interested or was I taking the piss? Told them I had a Mac and yes I was taking the piss. I then hung up. Hehehe.

Asked for my name then said it was the wrong number

Number called at 09.30hrs. Just background noise.
nI disconnected call and blocked number.
nExactly the same time as a similar call yesterday

Same as the other posters, got a call but they hung up before I answered.

Company called REDSTAR based in Manchester, typical call centre set up, saying they can get me refunds on PPI insurance, or cash for an accident I know nothing about... Don t give them any further personal info...Blocked.
