Just had a call from Sky on 08000561044 to tell me my order for Broadband and phone line had been rejected. They wanted my name and telephone number for security, I said you must know my number as you have called me. I was offered a number to call back on but I just said thanks but no I am with Talktalk and do not have an order with Sky. Goodbye.

Call offering energy survey followed by pressure selling sales call targeting elderly with fake government scheme. Taken deposit from my elderly mother on second visit, having been sent away on first visit that I attended. Company then ignored correspondence requesting refund.
Probably building to a scam, claimed to be BT a UK telephone provider investigating illegal activity on my internet, when I inquired as to who might be doing illegal things the caller suggested probably foreigners! The call was made at 7am in the morning to a private number, land line and one only known to family members.
My husband answered my phone while I was upstairs but the caller obviously expected a female to answer and got totally flummoxed and tongue tied, huffed & puffed a bit then hung up ???????? numptys will NEVER get me ????

I would just like to inform people about this phone number. They keep ringing me everyday, probably 3 to 4 times a day. I can not block the number, so i just ignore it. It is now getting seriously beyond a joke. It is starting to Depress me and give Angxiety issues. I would just like it to stop. It appears to only be a Italian Take Away based in Crawley. He was very rude, he wanted to talk to my husband who was not at home and then he said it is about some money investment and it is urgent.
