This is a debt collection company. Often long term or aging debt is sold and the purchasing collection agency makes profit by aggressively chasing that debt. They use any data they can get to bug you typically to begin with by using automated dialers and recorded style messages. They do not check the age of the data or if they do they ignore it. Caller identified himself as Reid from Reactive Media. Said he was calling about an overpayment on a (non-existent) loan between two arbitrary dates. When asked for details he couldn t give any and when pushed further he hung up.

Appears to be an Internet Service provider scam - claiming to cut your service within 24 hours.

Got called. Said hello. Heard a bit of noise but no response and hung up.

I answered on their third call. Liam tried to be my friend, then wanted to know if I was insured. I thanked him for his concern, and told him the conversation was over. Then hung up.

Called several times now. Nothing heard when I answer. No messages left when I don t.

This is considered a scam and fraud telephone as my ageing parents were contacted by this so called PPI Team, I took over the call as my parents could not understand these cold calling scammers wanted from them. Claimed to be from my Internet provider & gave me my Account number to identify themselves. I rang provider separately and they confirm that NO call came from them.
