I’m not a BT customer. Claimed to be Andrew Smith calling from London, very strong Indian accent.
This company deals with one of the most common kind of scam - claim compensation for industrial deafness or generally industrial injury claim, there is a lot of such telemarketers but beleive me, it doesn't work. Just a scam, block it.
