Go along with it, make the appointment and when the salesman turns up tell him you are not interested and have wasted their time because they are wasting yours by ignoring the law and cold calling you. loads and loads of unwanted and unwelcome calls from an accident claims company, who know nothing about my so called accident. Where did they get my number???? Asked them to discontinue calling me, totally ignored this request. A bunch of totally ignorant foreign sounding cold callers who are totally irritating, and will not take no for an answer

This is a new number for Utilita, which has been using different numbers to market energy provision aggressively. Elsewhere, on different numbers, this company has generated a lot of complaints. So, I?m guessing it?s only a matter of time before the complaints ratchet up here. Don?t know where they got my number - certainly never asked them to call.

They called and said it was a confidential matter and wanted my details so I asked for the companies name but refused to give it as this would prejudice the situation so I advise that their is no provision within the DPA 1988 which states that they are not allowed to disclosed their details prior to me disclosing mine.
