I thought that I would not receive these sort of calls having paid to have calls vetted!!

Got a call from 01634756068 this morning, number unobtainable.

Automated voice trying to sound real. Said I d been in a car crash. Hung up at that point. Don t be fooled!

Sounded like an Indian Call Centre saying they were calling regarding my computer. I told them I knew it was a scam and asked them not to call again. They called back again immediately insisting it was not a scam. I hung up and googled the number then found this site.

Debt collection company called C.A.R.S.

Said they were SKY, and knew i was ViP customer trying to offer a better deal. I went along with it as far as first and last name, once they asked for my address i said you are Sky you should know this already so I hung up. If it is genuine then i dont think they went about it the right way. If they are not, then i am happy i hung up.

Had a feeling this was ADT, haven t confirmed it but the comments seem to strongly indicate ADT. On top of the 0161 code. Just rang now at 3.19 in the morning, about five to six rings before I d even got to it, and then stopped. Alarm not going off, and it is for our house so would like to know why they rang in the wee hours when we re sleeping.

This is a timeshare type company making offers that seem too good to be true, and you know what they say about things that appear to be too good to be true!!! When you ask to be removed from their list they refuse and get abusive. Said he was from an IT company that I had used recently, when I asked where he got my number from overrode my questions saying he had got it from a database and continued saying I had used one of there services recently. Told him my number was on TPF and he replied not interested and it didn t concern him what I was on. Had a call from this number when I answered there was no one on other end, is this a scammer

Caller asked to speak to person who wasn t in. Told to phone again after 6pm (4 hours away). Received 2 further calls from this number within 30 minutes of original call so caller obviously doesn t listen.
