Fraudsters! They lie and dissemble to fool you into believing that you are renewing your current cover, while you are doing no such thing. They have a nice website, but never answer the phone or email, so certainly can t provide any service for their appliances. One of them will likely write a comment below, pretending to be a customer, claiming how what I write is not true. You who work for them, have you no shame, no conscience?

I have stopped answering calls altogether unless my telephone indicates caller s identity because the number of harassment calls has got worse. Recently I told O.V.O. I wanted to change my tariff to a single rate to replace Economy Seven. That should not require a new meter but they insisted they would only co-operate if I agreed to having a smart meter, which I decided against a long time ago after getting advice.
