This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. I recommend to block the whole 8435507xxx range... People did someone answer this number?

I nicely spoken lady phoned me saying I had told them I was receiving a lot of unwanted call and that she told me that they can stop this and it is approved by the police , they are willing to send me a box for a one off fee for £39.99. I told her I had no money at the moment . She then told me she will call me back in 4 weeks . I have now blocked her from calling my number . This is a scam and don’t part with any money .

Claiming to be calling about the accident claim I may have had. Asked for me by my maiden name. They hung up on me when I said I hadn't gone by the name they used for over 5 years, I hadn't had an accident and asked where they got the number.

Automat - apparently I've had an accident that wasn't my fault. Chance would be a fine thing, it would liven up lockdown. I agreed that I had, in the hope of some stimulating conversation, but they cut me off with the shock.
I was told I am subject to a tax fraud case and If I didn t press a button to call back a warrant would be issued for my arrest.

Strong Asian accent with call centre like background noise. He claimed to be from the local Council calling about the accident that I or another member of my family had supposedly reported. After I had repeatedly told him nobody had reported an accident he asked if I was positive and I put the phone down.
