After reading other comments it would appear to be the scam to white goods insurance cover. I get multiple calls from these per day for the past several months. I usually don t pick up but today I did. They got my name wrong so I told them they had the wrong person. When I asked who was calling they didn t respond and insisted on asking me a few questions. I refused so they hung up before I could tell them to take my number off their data base.

My wife got a call from this No today, the usual PPI scam. They said the are phoning because my wife agreed to take part in some lifestyle survey, utter lies & bollocks. Have now blocked their number via the new BT FREE call blocking
