Ring several times a day before 9 a.m. and until 9 p.m. Has gone on for months. I am at my wits end. We have telephone preference. Makes no difference. Sometimes no one is there. Sometimes want to ask a few questions and argue. Not easy to cut them off. Very distressing.

My car was involved in an accident, 100% liability on other driver & is going through Motability insurance (both cars are on the scheme). So no idea as to why Hastings Direct are calling me & how the heck they got my phone number!! So searched the number & got a lot of responses saying it s marketing, untrustworthy & not to respond! Obvious call centre noise background noise as soon as I answered, with a delay before anyone responded. The caller had an extremely strong Asian/Indian accent and told me his name was Paul Simon (yeah, right!) calling from Norfolk County Council about a recent accident I d had.
