Said she was from Autodesk or AutoCAD and was looking to speak to accounts as license was due to expire. As we don't use Autocad i got suspicious, then she asked if she was speaking to a certain company, of which i didn't know. This may have been a genuine call where they phoned the wrong company or could have been a scam to try and get a payment. As Autodesk now use 3rd party account managers then you would normally know the person calling you and they would be using the correct names.

Advised me to go to a web site to allow connection to my computer and to download software. I then told them i work in IT security whereupon the caller became very rude and hung up on me.
