It's a PPI chaser.I hung up when he asked me who had my mortgage been with.

Rang numerous times to here, when answered there is a long silence, when a voice does enter the equation they were very rude to me and shouted down the phone why I wasnt listening.

Got two calls from this No. recently including today (29th Oct. 2012)

Hassling you about a motoring accident and getting you to claim. My last accident was over 5 years ago and I dealt with a compensation claim off my own back. The details of the accident seem to stay on a d/b for years and these Co s just hassle people constantly! This particular Co call and hang-up. getin call from this number today 8 times between my house phone and mobile nite shift and woke to them this number 8000588034 - 01513451792 when i called back nothing checked on google debt company best thing is i dnt have debt so y constant calls two month ago i reported vanquies for 100 calls with no one talking when i answered they used 8 different numbers to call ofcom will here about these aswell

Frequent calls, rings two to three times then rings off. When I answer there is no one there. When I called the number I got an automated response from Amnesty International. Not a scam but very irritating.

Got a call today from some guy asking for me by name (which I didn t acknowledge - I never do.) I immediately asked who was calling to throw him off his spiel, unfortunately he mumbled his "company" which sounded like s&l legal? and immediately launched into his sales patter regarding the mis-selling of PPI. I let him ramble on for a few then interrupted him by saying I worked in the banking industry and could run rings round him with regards this.
