Fraud - Automated call supposedly a local number stating "Bank Security" without naming a bank about payments made on credit card. Have has 3 calls exactly the same in the last hour all from different local numbers.

SPAM Answered and after a short delay they replied. Said from Virgin Media technical department. Same caller voice rang yesterday and said they were from Sky. I hung up on them.
25 Nov 2021 - Not an 02 or 03 number so are the scammers changing tactics. Couldn’t understand a word chap was saying so put phone down. After reading other comments it would appear to be the scam to white goods insurance cover. SCAM It's a call from "Microsoft" stating hackers have been attacking my windows machine. I managed to keep the guy on the call for 4 minutes until he realised I was wasting his time when he asked if I'd seen event view before... I work in software development, hopefully wasting his 4 minutes stops another person falling for underhand tactics.
